1. What are oil perfumes?
Oil perfumes are concentrated fragrances made from natural oils rather than alcohol. They are longer-lasting and provide a more intimate scent experience, sitting closer to the skin.

2. How do I apply oil perfume?
Apply a small amount to pulse points such as your wrists, behind the ears, or the base of the throat. The warmth of these areas will help diffuse the scent throughout the day. Since our oils are concentrated, a little goes a long way.

3. How long do MalekOud oil perfumes last?
Our oil perfumes are highly concentrated and long-lasting. Depending on your skin type and activity level, a single application can last between 6-12 hours.

4. Are your perfumes made from natural ingredients?
Yes! At MalekOud, we pride ourselves on using the finest, naturally sourced oils and ingredients. We prioritize purity and quality in every bottle to provide a luxurious fragrance experience.

5. Do you test on animals?
No, we are committed to cruelty-free practices. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

6. How should I store my oil perfume?
To preserve the quality and longevity of your perfume, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keeping the bottle tightly closed when not in use will also help maintain its freshness.

7. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we primarily serve the Bosnia and Herzegovina area, but we are working to expand our shipping options to international customers soon. Please stay tuned for updates!

8. Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Due to the personal nature of fragrances, we do not offer returns once a bottle has been opened. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will happily exchange it for you.
